Terms Online: Any Online Only Auctions bidder must qualify prior to acceptance of final bids. Any potential bidder must adhere to the strict terms as posted below. Potential bidders must call Myers Jackson, Auctioneer/Broker AU2726 (800-711-9175) and check for additional or final terms.

Any potential bidder must prepare to qualify to bid and shall present a bank letter of guarantee or place an initial deposit of 15% of the total contract in the form of cash or cashier’s check prior to registering to bid. Additional qualifications may be required and the bidder shall stand in strict compliance. The balance of a 15% deposit shall be applied upon acceptance of any bid and successful bidders will sign a real estate sales contract.

Terms: Terms Real Estate Auction: The successful Purchaser(s) will deposit 15% of the contract price at the auction in form of cash, cashier's check or good personal funds accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee, sign a real estate sales contract and pay the balance at closing on or before September 15, 2009. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price.

Purchasers may choose to have a survey, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
